The hot mess Reuben was unbelievable ohh y goodness. And the duck fat fries were delightful!! Service was great and it's such a nice vibe inside as well.

Great food and service, fun location, but always out of products. If they can resolve chronic inventory issues, it's five stars all day long.

Stopped at Colony for a to-go Due South BLT, which includes the B-L and T with their great house colony sauce and bourbon bacon tomato jam. Lots and lots of thick applewood bacon. Excellent combo. Kinda wish, though, that the sourdough bread it was served on was thicker and/or more substantial. Great design of the restaurant, play area and seated area. Wish I had more time to hang.

Service was quick and efficient. Sandwiches were good but the duck fat fries was what took the cake. Wow. Couldnt stop eating them! Will be back if I'm in the area

I was really impressed with my recent experience at Colony. The outdoor patio looks spic and span. The new umbrellas are stunning. I love the color palette. The doors were wide open for summer! Everything inside looked really clean and welcoming. I hear they're getting a new bar and possibly extending their hours which is very exciting. - I ordered the duck fries and they were delicious! The aroma of rosemary matched with the orange peel seasoning was perfect. I also liked the colony sauce. Both of these items are dairy free although I believe the sauce includes egg and the fries use a meat fat for frying. - My to go order was placed in a paper bag which I appreciate. In addition, I was offered complementary lemon water as I waited. The staff was very accommodating. Also, the cups offered at the water station were paper and there was a recycling bin for finished cups. Thank you for offering environmentally friendly options!

We went back today to what is now called Colony Sandwich Co. and split a "Gettin' Figgy With It" sandwich and the duck fries. Yum yum! Gettin' Figgy is such an awesome sandwich, very gourmet. It has three distinct flavors that marry together perfectly - salty ham and turkey, sweet fig jam spread, and bitter arugula greens to balance everything out. The sandwich was big enough that my wife and I split it with the duck fat fries and filled up nicely. The duck fat fries, what can I say? You gotta try these things. Thin cut, fried to a crunchy snap in the rich duck fat, and seasoned to perfection with rosemary. No, this isn't low calorie or low cost dish, but go ahead and splurge. You'll thank me. Quick, friendly service rounds out what many consider the best sandwich shop in the North County. Highly recommended.

They're under construction expanding the front eating area but they are still open. Food is good and and service was fast. It's becoming our go to spot for quick bite and drinks. I like that they open early. It was a little loud since they are expanding but thankfully not too dusty.

Get a sandwich if you're coming here, I've tried multiple salads from here and am always disappointed by them but when they have sandwiches like these it doesn't matter. I am so glad I gave this place another try because a good quality sandwich that is worth the price is hard to come by in a lot of restaurants. Service is great and fast enough to be able to come here on a lunch break or to sit and relax with whomever. It's a great location as well since it is in close proximity to a lot of other great establishments.
